Debra was Ann Reinking's associate for more than fifteen years. Assistant Choreographer: The Tony award-winning Broadway production of Fosse as well as the first National Tour, the London West End production and the European Tour; the Tony award-winning show, Chicago, Broadway production, Shubert Theatre; Chicago, two National Tours; Chicago, London, Australian and Viennese companies; Chicago, Encores!, New York City Center.

Associate Director/ Choreographer: Broadway Under the Stars at Bryant Park. Co-founded the Broadway Theatre Project. Served as Chair of the University of South Florida Dance Department. Debra was the Tour Director/Choreographer of the 2002 through 2004 National/International tours as well as the Gateway Playhouse production of Fosse.

In addition to teaching workshops around the country, Debra recently completed a book on Fosse technique that is currently on the shelves and is writing a book on Musical Theatre training using BTP methods.
