Nancy Dussault graduated from Northwestern University receiving the Young Artist’s Award and was twice soloist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. By graduation, she had performed in over 20 musicals in summer stock.

Tours: I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking It On The Road, Alone Together, They’re Playing Our Song, The King and I, Shirley Valentine, Love Letters, I Do, I Do, Mame, Somerset Maughm’s The Constant Wife at The Coconut Grove Playhouse in Miami and at the Walnut St. Theatre in Philadelphia, and Same Time, Another Year. Television credits: over 200 performances from The Ed Sullivan Show, to Murder, She Wrote, Ted Knight’s wife on Too Close For Comfort, original co-host Good Morning, America. Motion pictures: The In-Laws, Cabaret concerts: Russian Tea Room, The Firebird in New York City, The Plush Room in San Francisco, The Cinegrill, the Gardenia in Los Angeles. Nancy received an Emmy Award for her PBS program, Cabaret Tonight and has been the recipient of Northwestern University’s Woman of The Year Award.

 

Nancy headed the Ray Bolger School of Musical Performance at UCLA where she taught for six years and initiated their Musical Theater Program. Next she will be workshopping a new musical Lady in Penthouse B at the York Theatre in NYC.
