Darren is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and is surviving in New York. He has been with BTP for over 16 years, being a student, assistant, faculty, feature performer, director, and more. His credits include, 30th Anniv. European Tour of Hair, Fosse, Solid Gold Soul (Motown Revue) and Saturday Night at the Movies, National tours of Smokey Joes CafÈ (with Gladys Knight, Gary US Bonds, and Rita Cooledge), 2nd National of Saturday Night Fever, A Mothers Prayer, and What A Woman Would Do For Love.

Regional works: Once on This Island, Madhearts, Joe Turner Come and Gone, Checkmates, Tony & Tina's Wedding, Showdown, Smokey Joes Cafe, and Medea. OffBroadway credits: No Strings!, and Why do Fools Fall in Love. Lorenzo has sung with 2 corporate bands, and has performed in many bands overseas, the Caribbean, and America. He was a lead, and background singer for Gary US Bonds, 20/20, OutKast, One Way Ticket, Soul Planet, and Michelle David. Film: Across the Universe.

Commercials: Nestea Ice Tea, and Coca-Cola. Lorenzo is a B.A Graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a Mass Communication Major with a concentration in Radio/TV/Film, and a minor in Fashion Design. He has started branching out as a choreographer. He sends love from a divine energy and wishes good for all.
