Joao Tiago Fernandes

For the last 20 Years, Joao Tiago Fernandes has been studying and developing his passion for dance. Back in his native country, Portugal, Tiago has won multiple titles as a competitive dancer. He was a member of “Dancing With the Stars” and choreographer for SYTYCD (So You Think You Can Dance).

During the last three years along with teaching, coaching and managing Dance With Me Studios, Joao Tiago Fernandes worked with both Ukraine and Japanese Ice Skating Teams for the Sochi Olympics, choreographed for “Viennese Opera Ball” for two consecutive years and co-wrote, directed and choreographed, together with his partner David Thomas Moore, the popular off-Broadway dance show, “SWAY- A Dance Trilogy”, featuring celebrities Maks & Val Chmerkovsky, Tony Dovolani, Meryl Davis, Zendaya, Rumer Willis and some of the best ballroom dancers in the world.
